I can bill Health Share/Care Oregon plans as an out of network provider at no cost to the policy holder after a prior authorization has been submitted and accepted.

Out of Network Insurance:

If your health insurance covers out of network behavioral health I can provide you with a superbill for submission to your insurance provider for reimbursement. Benefits will usually pay for a percentage of each session after a certain deductible is met.

If you do not know if you have out of network benefits call your insurer and ask:

Does my plan cover out of network behavioral health?

What is my out of network deductible?

What percentage of each session will be covered after my deductible is met?

Is there a maximum number of sessions/amount I am allowed?

When is the renewal date for my insurance?
